Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. The cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.

Due to the nature of our digital services and the costs associated with AI processing, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees already paid. When you cancel your subscription, you are cancelling the renewal of the service.

We encourage you to use our free trial and explore our features thoroughly before committing to a paid plan.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as a demonstrable technical failure on our part that prevented you from using the service. To request a refund under such circumstances, please contact our support team.
